The "2013 Sha Tin District Council Tin Sum Constituency By-election Guessing Game" has been completed from 22 February to 9 March, 2013 and the following are the results. All rankings have been calculated by the final amount of PopCoins earned. Besides the PopCoins earned after the game, POP has listed the extra PopCoins earned in the following table.

The results of the by-election is Lam Hong-ching(15%):Pun Kowk-shan(66%):Ting Tsz-yuen(18%):So Pui-lam(1%)

Calculation of the extra Popcoins: POP has recorded an accumulation of extra points of 24,040 and has recieved 17 groups of valid and correct guesses after the game has ended. If by this means, each correct guess will receive an extra 1,414 points and the extra points given to the players have been listed in the table below. This by-election is the 26th time of the Hong Kong District Council seats in by-election after the establishment of the HKSARG . The by-election will be held on 10 March.

The name of this game is the 2013 Sha Tin District Council Tin Sum Constituency By-election Guessing Game.
Registered users can make guesses of the perentage of votes each candidate will get in the 2013 Sha Tin District Council Tin Sum Constituency By-election to be held on 10 March 2013.
150 PopCoins will be earned for making daily guesses. Please complete the simple login process if you wish to earn PopCoins and other prizes, otherwise you will not earn any PopCoins or prizes. Each registered user can only guess once per day.
The game will end at 2359 (HK Time) on 9 March 2013, guesses made after 2359 on that day will not earn any PopCoins or prizes.
All registered users can earn both PopCoins and extra PopCoins at the same time.
Extra PopCoins are calculated according to a one-on-one basis by POP and will be given out after the game is over.
Each guess matching the percentage of votes that the candidates of the 2013 Sha Tin District Council Tin Sum Constituency By-election get (rounded up result) will earn extra PopCoins. Guesses made by non registered users will not be calculated.
Each valid and correct guess made by registered users will earn extra PopCoins, the extra PopCoins are allocated to each player according to the accumulated extra PopCoins received after the game ends divided by the total amount of correct guesses made by all registered users. This is the extra PopCoins of each guess.
The extra PopCoins of each individual registered user is the total number of correct guesses of the registered user multiplied by the extra PopCoins given out of each guess result and to be rounded up to an integer.
POP retains all rights in explaining the game rules, allocating PopCoins, scoring of results and deciding winners.
