- The name of this game is the CE Primary Election Guessing Game.
- Registered users can make guesses of the support rating of each candidate of the CE Primary Election in both telephone and exit polls to be held in early January 2012.
- 50 PopCoins will be earned for making dialy guesses, all 4 guesses can add up to 200 PopCoins earned. Please complete the simple login process if you wish to earn PopCoins and other prizes, otherwise you will not earn any PopCoins or prizes. Each registered user can only guess once per day.
- The game will end at 1900 on 8 January 2012 after the CE Primary Election Day, guesses made after 1900 on that day will not earn any PopCoins or prizes.
- All registered users can earn both PopCoins and extra PopCoins at the same time.
- Extra PopCoins are calculated according to a one-on-one basis by POP and will be given out after the game is over, this matching system applies to the PopCoins given out before this game.
- Each guess matching the results of the CE Primary Election on 8 January 2012 of registered users will earn extra PopCoins. Guesses made by non registered users will not be calculated.
- Each valid and correct guess made by registered users will earn extra PopCoins after the results of the CE Primary Election is announced, the extra PopCoins are allocated to each player according to the accumulated extra PopCoins received after the game ends divided by the total amount of correct guesses made by all registered users. This is the extra PopCoins of each guess.
- The extra PopCoins of each individual registered user is the total number of correct guesses of the registered user multiplied by the extra PopCoins given out of each guess result and to be rounded up to an integer.
- Winners of this game will be decided by the PopCoins earned by each registered user, which includes the PopCoins earned before and during the game as well as extra PopCoins, the higher the score, the higher the chances in winning the prize.
- Winners will receive an email in two weeks time about the prizing arrangement.
- PopCoins of all users, no matter prize winner or participants will reset to zero after the end of the game, users cannot object to this arrangement.
- Each person can receive a prize only.
- POP retains all rights in explaining the game rules, allocating PopCoins, scoring of results and deciding winners.

The "CE Primary Election Guessing Game" has been completed from 23 December 2011 to 8 January 2012. The following is the winners' list. The ranking of all winners are calculated by the final number of PopCoins earned. Besides the PopCoins earned after the game, POP has listed the extra PopCoins earned in the following table. The calculation method of extra PopCoins:
- The results of the CE Primary Election in polling stations are Albert Ho(67%):Frederick Fung (33%); and the results of POP telephone poll are Albert Ho (55%):Frederick Fung (45%).
- POP has recorded an accumulation of extra points of 230,705 and has recieved 42 groups of valid and correct guesses after the game has ended.
- If by this means, each correct guess will receive an extra 5,493 points (230,705/42).

Background
The Pandemocratics are planning to dispatch a member to join the CE election held in March 2012. To avoid more than one Pandemocrats in joining the CE election, the Pandemocratics have decided to hold an election in January to survey the support ratings of different people and the person with the highest support rating will represent the Pandemocratics in running for the CE election.
There are two people indicating their preference to join the election, they are ADPL Frederick Fung and Democratic Party Albert Ho.
Mechanism
The target of the Primary Election is registered voters aged 18 or above, the mechanism has two parts, the results weigh 50% each:
- HKUPOP will conduct a telephone survey targeted at the whole Hong Kong from 3 to 7 March 2012, the successful sample is 1,000 people.
- 60 polling stations will be set up in Hong Kong for referendum on 8 January 2012 (Sunday).
Results
The organiser will announce the voting and polling results on 8 January night.
