Each topic has time limit, please voice your opinion within the designated time;

Users can report undecent messages. If a message has 5 or more reports, the system will hide this message automatically;

If the message contains indecent words or is not related to the dicuss topic, administration has the authority to correct or delete the message;

If users' act affect the operation of the forum, administration has the authority to stop such user account and all rights, please behave yourself.

Users can get 10 PopCoins for every message, but can only get 50 PopCoins for replying to the same topic;

Users can POP themselves or others' messages to show support;

5 PopCoins will be allocated to both users for giving POP, but one will not earn PopCoins for oneself if the POP comes from himself/herself;

Hidden or deleted messages cannot be POPed;

Each user can give at most 10 POP for a topic;

Users can share their reply messages onto Facebook other than to POPCON. The first share of each topic can earn 10 PopCoins!
